Cat has spent the last 11 years nurturing Roundpeg and recruiting continuous improvement and change experts from Greenbelts through to the Heads of Programmes.
Cat is a confident and very capable professional who fully manages the process for you from start to finish. She is passionate about listening to people and forming relationships with both clients and candidates based on trust.
Cat enjoys the fact that her role really can change people’s lives and gains an enormous sense of enjoyment from seeing clients and candidates flourish as a result of a good piece of recruitment. Cheesy but, true and it is the reason she gets out of bed each morning, (that and a strong cup of coffee!).
Prior to establishing Roundpeg, Cat spent a number of years working in IT recruitment in the city and before that, she co-owned a couple of restaurants and a ski chalet – (it is good to have some variety!).
